SPHERICAL ROTARY BURRS TYPE D
TYPE D rotary burrs are dedicated to general deburring operations of welds and surplus material with high-speed grinders. Thanks to the unique geometry of the cutting blades, efficient yet precise operation and long service life, these tools are widely used in many industries, including aerospace, automotive, railroad, shipyards and steel mills, as well as in the production of steel structures or molds and dies.
Rotary files are manufactured using tungsten carbide with EXTRA and EXTRA PLUS blade geometries. The ECO LINE version is a fine-grained carbide, while the PRO LINE version is a more efficient ultra-fine-grained carbide. Burrs with other blade geometries (ALUMINIUM, STANDARD, INOX) are available upon individual order.

EXTRA BLADE
Rotary burrs made of fine-grained carbide for efficient, even work. EXTRA burrs are distinguished by their short chip, the blades themselves do not get stuck with chips during work. The burrs have a long service life. Designed for operations that do not require high utility values.
EXTRA blade geometry is suitable for machining steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, titanium and nickel.

EXTRA PLUS BLADE
EXTRA PLUS blade rotary burrs are made of fine-grained carbide for more efficient operation and machining speed higher than EXTRA blade burrs (+35%). They are distinguished by the rapid removal of large amounts of allowances, higher heat reduction during processing, as well as increased service life. They are designed for professional applications.
EXTRA PLUS blade geometry is suitable for machining steel, hardened steel and cast iron.
