TYPE 27
REINFORCED DEPRESSED CENTRE GRINDING WHEELS
TYPE 27 reinforced grinding wheels are a numerous and popular group of universal and special abrasive tools for rough grinding of various materials. They are widely used at construction sites, steel construction plants, shipyards, machine-building plants, steel mills, foundry and other industries, as well as in smaller workshops and tool shops. Depending on the size and requirements, they work with manual angle grinders with electric, pneumatic drive. Most commonly used to work at an angle of 20-35°, but not less than 10°, and to work at 90° if the specifics of the operation require it. These grinding wheels are mechanically reinforced, designed for operation at a speed of 80 [m/s].
ANDRE TYPE 27 reinforced resin bonded grinding wheels are produced on the basis of a specially developed composition of abrasive grains in combination with a refined system of active fillers.

VERSION STANDARD
Basic version. Grinding wheels designed for most grinding operations on steel, cast iron, cast steel materials, workpieces with large, continuous surfaces being machined and significant rates of material to be removed. For grinders with average / normal power and for average working conditions. Grinding wheels of this version are characterized by a medium degree of hardness, so they allow quick removal of the workpiece, especially when machining harder materials.

VERSION EXTRA
Enhanced hardness. High durability / long-life. Grinding wheels designed for grinding of steel, cast iron, cast steel materials, workpieces with discontinuous, narrow, sharp surfaces being machined, where the active surface of the wheel is exposed to the aggressive influence of the workpiece causing it to wear faster. For grinders with average / normal power and for average and difficult working conditions. It can also be used on grinders with uprated parameters: pneumatic, turbine or electric grinders with increased current frequency. It features higher hardness than the Standard Version and greater durability. If local overheating of the workpiece material in the form of burns occurs when grinding large allowances, use the Standard Version.

VERSION METAL/INOX
It is used at construction sites, shipyards, steel construction plants, foundry, machine building, chemical industries, as well as smaller workshops and farms. Works with hand-held angle, face/vertical, straight grinders with electric and pneumatic drives. Iron, sulfur and chlorine are absent. Performance tests have shown that these grinding wheels can grind stainless, acid-resistant, structural and tool steels. The grinding wheel technology used eliminates discoloration and corrosion of the material being ground.

VERSION INOX
Grinding wheels designed for grinding stainless, acid-resistant and high-alloy steels. They allow "cool" grinding. Also successfully used for grinding carbon and alloy structural steels. The grinding wheels are free of iron, sulfur and chlorine. They do not cause corrosion and discoloration of the material being ground.
