Reinforced cutting-off wheels are designed to operate at speeds of 80 [m/s] and 100 [m/s] (special reinforcement for larger grinding wheels type 41). Widely applied at construction sites, steel construction plants, shipyards, machine construction plants, steel mills, foundry, chemical and other industries, as well as smaller workshops and tool shops.

Depending on the size and requirements, they work with a variety of grinders: hand- held, stationary electric, pneumatic or petrol.
Face grinding, using cutting-off wheels is not permitted.
